Whole Genome sequencing and re-sequencing of Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin. muscle

The Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin (Sousa chinensis) is a small inshore species of Odontocete Cetacean, listed as Vulnerable on the IUCN Red List. We sequeced a male Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin to assemble the genome and re-sequence two population in Leizhou Bay and Sanniang Bay.
