R analysis code and aggregated/derived datasets reproducing the tables and figures of a claims-based study of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) incidence and prevalence among publicly insured (ASES) beneficiaries in Puerto Rico, 2018–2023, including a temporally ordered assessment of prior COVID-19 and incident RA. Includes annual incidence/prevalence per 100,000, age- and sex-stratified analyses, and the prior-COVID vs incident-RA association (modified Poisson regression with robust variance).
