资源简介:
Triplophysa yarkandensis is an economically important fish species native to the Tarim River of Xinjiang, China. Investigating its heat tolerance genes can aid in protecting wild populations from the threat of endangerment due to ecological damage. Several heat-related genes, such as hspa5, hsp70, hyou1, hsp40, atp2a and cacna1a, were identified. Key genes including ire1, traf2, map3k5, map2k7, jnk, bax, bcl2 and capn1 enriched in protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum, were quantitatively analyzed. The key genes identified in this study provide a reference for the conservation and artificial breeding of T. yarkandensis germplasm resources.
