In the present study, A. aegerita were sealed and packaged in PE self-sealing bags and stored at a storage temperature of 4 Celsius, 90% humidity. The physiological indexes of A. aegerita were measured at 0, 5, 15 and 20 d, respectively. The bacterial community was determined by high-throughput sequencing. To study the relationship between microbiota and metabolites, WGCNA was used to construct a network of co-occurrence taxa. This work could help us understand the physiological changes during A. aegerita postharvest storage and the relationship between microbial community change and metabolites.
