RNA profiling of Scutellaria barbata D.Don-Hedyotis diffusa Willd Herb Pair (SB-HD) treated ovarian cancer cells.

In this study, we aim to elucidate the changes in mRNA profiles of human ovarian cancer due to Scutellaria barbata D.Don-Hedyotis diffusa Willd Herb Pair (SB-HD) treatments. We designed our experiments in four groups: A2780 cells from human ovarian cancer were treated with a) Low concentrations of SB-HD, labeled as Low; b) Middle concentrations of SB-HD, labeled as Middle; c) High concentrations of SB-HD, labeled as High; and d) DMSO, labeled as Ctrl for 24h. Three replicates were set for each individual group.
