Gli onori da tributare all'immagine imperiale secondo CTh. 15.4.1

The article analyses the issue of honors to be paid to reproductions of the emperor's image in the light of the regulatory intervention accepted in CTh. 15.4.1. The constitution appears worthy of interest when it exposes solutions that aspire to mediate between the risk that the cult of a mortal leads to the betrayal of Christian truths and the convenience that can be found in preserving intact a consolidated practice, expressive of loyalty and obedience.
