Share of residential property as measured by the housing stock of the survey year. The share of ownership properties refers to dwellings in buildings intended as property (single-family houses and condominiums). The value is not comparable to the residential property rate from previous censuses, because reletted EFH and re-rented property cannot be shown in the register data. The share of property properties is thus slightly larger than the actual residential ownership rate.
