Mus musculus strain:C57BL6/J | isolate:ND-Veh-1 Raw sequence reads

Male C57BL/6J mice started the experiment at 8 weeks of age and were fed normal diet (ND) or high-fat diet (HFD; 10% or 60% kCal from fat) for 20 weeks. When HFD-fed mice reached the hypertensive phase, they received vehicle or RGFP966 (0.5 mg/kg/day, i.p., 6 days). Samples were collected from the small intestine, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored at -80C. Microbial DNA was then obtained from the luminal contents for microbiome analysis. Experiments were conducted according to Keimyung University IACUC protocols (KM-2023-14R1, KM-2023-35R1).
