Nestoria Property Data

Nestoria is a provider of housing data and information about house prices, property prices, housing market, housing stock and housing supply. Nestoria is a database created for the research purposes. It consists of listing records from the Nestoria website that have been obtained via API from 18/03/2015 for one year. Data downloaded from the Nestoria property listings aggregation service for Glasgow and Paisley for one year from March 2015. UBDC has also set up an [email discussion list on housing data](https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=UBDC-HOUSING-DATA "Title") and related issues that you can join via the JISCMail website ##Access and Restrictions## Non-commercial academic research only. Dataset cannot be used for teaching purposes.
