Inhibition of BRD4 radiosensitize cervical cancer organoids via enhancing ferroptosis cell death

The study will primarily use 3D organoids as a model to determine the radiosensitivity of cervical cancer cells, derived from different sources after BRD4 inhibition using MZ1, JQ1 and AZD5153. The human cervical cancer cell lines HeLa and SiHa were used in this study.
