Chalara longipesis growth on pine needles

Illumina HiSeq2500 technology was used to generate mRNA profiles from Chalara longipesis grown on pine needles for 2, 5 and 10 months. Paired-end reads of 125 bp were generated and aligned to Chalara longipesis reference transcripts using CLC Genomics Workbench 9. mRNA profiles from Chalara longipesis grown on pine needles for 2, 5 and 10 months were generated by Illumina HiSeq2500 sequencing (2x125bp).Two biological replicates from 2 and 5 months and Three biological replicates from 10 months were sequenced.
