This is a derivative dataset of dried lichen specimens multi-excitation HSI. Hyperspectral datacubes in the dataset 260325_Lichens_GeneraDifferentiation_4DHSI (see link below) were trimmed along the emission axis to remove wavelength regions containing imaging artifacts. These regions included emission wavelengths affected by light leakage resulting from the ±1% tolerance of the 425 nm longpass and shortpass filters, wavelengths beyond the effective range of the shortpass filter (≥650 nm) where the LED still produced detectable emission, and wavelength-shifted artifacts caused by the leaked light.
