The Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI) measures the commitment of countries to cybersecurity along five pillars: (i) Legal Measures, (ii) Technical Measures, (iii) Organizational Measures, (iv) Capacity Development, and (v) Cooperation. Each dimension has subcomponents and can take a value between 0 and 20, so that the overall score ranges between 0 and 100.
