This conceptual paper presents a novel multifunctional portable diagnostic device that integrates quantum-enhanced sensors, artificial intelligence (AI), and advanced multi-disciplinary technologies to surpass the capabilities of traditional stethoscopes. The device enables precise preliminary diagnosis of cardiovascular and respiratory conditions, including heart auscultation, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), and other vital functions. Grounded in rigorous scientific methodologies, the framework includes mathematical derivations, reproducible simulations, sensitivity analysis, Bayesian inference, uncertainty quantification, and falsifiability assessments. Supported by Python code for simulation and analysis, the design ensures manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and immediate prototyping potential. Economic and medical feasibility are evaluated, alongside limitations and a roadmap for future development.
