The Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) measures price changes of various consumer goods and services over time (inflation). The 12-month average rates of change compares the annual average index over a 12-month period to the previous 12-month period. It is calculated from the monthly HICP indices. Please note that this dataset is discontinued and replaced by dataset prc_hicp_minr
