Data-files-Annau-2023

This archive contains the data files required for use with the repository https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7604267. Note, that the Docker image in the aforementioned repo contains the data files by default. Only use this data if building the Docker image locally. Its purpose is to get around the repo size limits on GitHub. After cloning the GitHub repo, place the data files in Annau-2023/Annau2023/ for a complete set of files required to build the Docker image.
