The active and general sulphate reducing bacterial popilation of crystalline bedrock fracture fluids from Olkiluoto Island, Finland, were investigated by dsrB gene and transcript trageted 454 amplicon sequencing. The effect of geochemical parameters on the SRB community was tested by canonical correlation methods.
