资源简介:
Firms currently demand greater engagement from their employees with unified communication and collaboration (UCC) tools than ever before. While employees may not uniformly embrace changes in business processes, there is limited understanding of the antecedents influencing employees’ continuance intention (CI) towards UCC. Drawing on a sample of 217 UCC users from Spain, this study delves into the antecedents of satisfaction, attitudes, hedonic aspects, and utilitarian aspects of UCC. Structural equation modelling and SMART PLS-SEM were employed for the analyses. The results confirm both hedonic and utilitarian aspects as antecedents of attitude and satisfaction. Also, attitude and satisfaction explain continuance intention, thereby validating all the proposed relationships. This paper contributes novel insights to the UCC literature, providing valuable guidance for firms seeking to enhance employee engagement with UCC.
