Lignocellulose biomass is the most abundant and renewable material in nature. The effective lignocel-lulose bioconversion is dependent upon enzymes with good catalytic activity and thermostability over a wide pH range. Therefore, we attempted to perform a cocktail of novel cellulases with high hydrolytic ability and stability.
