PdC-reactive protein categories were distributed as follows: 1st tertile: 0.01–0.15 mg/L; 2nd tertile: 0.16–0.38 mg/L; 3rd tertile: 0.39–1.00 mg/L; >1 mg/L: 1.01–9.81 mg/L.
