Journey of Progress – Theory of Change card game

<p dir="ltr">“Journey of Progress” is a tool developed by the Evaluating Societal Impact (ESI) strategic project at Erasmus University Rotterdam. The tool empowers and enables projects, initiatives, and various organisational units to autonomously build their Theory of Change (ToC).<br></p><p dir="ltr">Using this card set, members of a group take a first step towards formalising their understanding on how and why change is supposed to happen in their given context. By backcasting and thinking collaboratively about a joint goal and ways to get there, participants build pathways from their desirable future to the specific actions needed to realise the necessary steps towards making change.</p><p dir="ltr">The card set can be used in various contexts to understand envisioned change processes.</p>
