Microarray profiling of miRNA in Hepatocellular carcinoma

To explore the critical roles of miRNAs playing in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma, the Agilent microarray was used to the profiling of miRNA expression in 7 pairs of HCC and matched adjacent tumor-free tissues. In total, seven pairs of HCC and matched adjacent tumor-free tissues were collected during the surgery from HCC patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University between 2008 and 2009.
