Sulfur application on soybean microbiome

Amplicon analysis was utilized to evaluate the influence of sulfur application on microbiome. In particular, high throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA was performed in sulfur deficient (ANS) and sulfur sufficient (AS) Andosol soils. In addition, the dynamics of bacterial community was assessed in soils adhered to soybean cultivar Enrei roots with (ES) or without (ENS) application of sulfur.
