Streptococcal Siglec-like adhesins recognize different subsets of human plasma glycoproteins: implications for infective endocarditis

This data set was used for the identification of proteins that were affinity-captured from human plasma, using bacterial lectins that are specific for O-linked sialoglycan structures. The proteins were excised from polyacrylamide gels, and mass spectrometry was performed by MSBioworks (Ann Arbor, MI).
