We collected preoperative and postoperative feces from patients with sleep disorders after extracorporeal circulation, and fecal bacteria were transplanted to two groups of pseudo-sterile rats. We then collected feces from both groups of rats before the experiment (OA&OB), after the establishment of pseudo-sterile rats (OAAbx&OBAbx), and 28d after FMT (OAFMT&OBFMT), and performed 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing.
