This dataset contains archaic human data based on the T2T-CHM13 and GRCh38 reference genomes. It includes autosome VCF files for the Altai-Neanderthal and Altai-Denisovan, as well as Altai-Neanderthal introgression callsets (BED file format) for 26 populations from the 1000 Genomes Project (1KG).
