资源简介:
Forty-week-old Kunming mice were obtained from Southwest Medical University and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. These mice were placed in a special environment free of pathogens and were allowed to freely access sterile food and sterilized water under high pressure. Starting from the age of 4 weeks, the experimental group mice were given broad-spectrum antibiotics (0.5 g/L neomycin and 1.0 g/L ampicillin) in their drinking water, with the water being changed every two days. Antibiotics were added in some cases and not in others. After 12 weeks of treatment, intestinal contents were collected for 16sRNA sequencing of the microbiota.
