Chromatin Accessibility of Onthophagus taurus Head Horns

This dataset includes ATAC-seq data from pupal head horns of the dung beetle Onthophagus taurus. Samples include male and female individuals reared in high and low nutritional environments. The goal of this study is to better understand the regulatory basis for developmental plasticity and intraspecific variation of head horns.
