Wake Forest Vervet Microbiome Project. gut metagenome

This study contains metagenomic sequence data derived from stool samples collected from vervets (African Green Monkeys) and macaques at the Wake Forest University Primate Center Vervet Research Colony (VRC). The animals contributing the specimens are part of a dietary study comparing a low fat (soy-based monkey chow) and a high fat ("American") diet and the impact of switching from one to the other.
