These two datasets comprise the Rutherford backscattering spectrometry results from the last global migration experiment in TEXTOR by MoF6 injection. The materials assessed with this technique were molybdenum, tungsten and ferritic metals (heaviest component: Ni or Cu - denoted "Ni" in the dataset). The data gives information about these materials deposited on the tokamak limiters, in 1E15/cm2 or ppm, at positions denoted in degrees (torus coordinate system). Details are given in the .txt file "column_names", as well as in the header comments of the Excel sheets.
