We sought to transcriptomically characterize the effect of integrin β3 expression on breast cancer cell responses to the microtubule-inhibiting chemotherapeutic agent docetaxel. Experiments were performed in 4T1 murine breast cancer cells with or without CRISPR mediated deletion of the Itgb3 gene. Overall design: mRNA profiles from β3WT and β3KO 4T1 murine breast cancer cells after 24 hours of treatment with either DMSO or 10nM docetaxel and 48 hours of rest in fresh media. 3 biological replicates per group.
