External standard and standard addition calibration for determination of ascorbic acid bby HPLC with ionic liquid additives to mobile phase

<p>Data concern the analysis of asrorbic acid (AA), and come from a period from 2023 to 2025. Data are calibration curves using external standard technique: surface area versus concentration of ascorbic acid analytical standard (mg/l). The detection technique was HPLC with DAD detection. Analysis conditions:</p><p>- Nexera XR system (Shimadzu, Kioto, Japan) equipped with a detector SPD-M20A, a pump LC-20AD, an autosampler SIL-20AC and a column oven CTO-20AC.</p><p>- the chromatographic column Gemini-NX (C18, 110A, particle size 5 μm, dimensions 150 × 4.6 mm, Phenomenex) with pre-column (the same phase and manufacturer).</p><p>- the column oven temperature was 30 °C, while the autosampler oven was set to 10 °C.</p><p>- injection volume 10 uL.</p><p>- mobile phase tetrabutylammonium methanesulfonate (TBA-MSA) 1 mM in water and 5% acetonitrile.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
