Single-cell RNA-sequencing of undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, myxofibrosarcoma, and liposarcoma samples from patients participating in a clinical trial studying BO-112 plus Nivolumab and hypofractionated pre-operative radiotherapy.

Here we analyzed through single cell RNA sequencing multiple samples derived from patients with three different types of soft tissue sarcoma, including liposarcoma, undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, and myxofibrosarcoma, participating in a clinical trial that evaluates the efficacy of intra-tumoral BO-112 injection with or without Nivolumab and pre-operative radiation therapy. The goal of this study is to analyze the changes in the tumor-microenvironment associated with the treatments administered. Single cell RNA-sequencing was performed on 10 soft tissue sarcomas from 9 patients.
