资源简介:

Output from four global JULES simulations as described in Future global water scarcity partially moderated by vegetation responses to rising CO₂ (Stacey et al., 2025; DOI: 10.5194/egusphere-2025-51). The simulations have been used to explore the effects of vegetation and plant physiological responses to rising atmospheric CO₂ by combining experiments in which the dynamic vegetation scheme (TRIFFID) and stomatal conductance (plant–CO₂ response) are either enabled or fixed. The dataset contains monthly output for multiple hydrological and vegetation-related variables for the historical period 1900–2005 and the future period 2006–2100 under the RCP6.0 scenario. Simulations were performed using the JULES-ES ISIMIP2b configuration. Details of the model setup are provided in Description and evaluation of the JULES-ES set-up for ISIMIP2b (Mathison et al., 2023). All simulations were conducted without land-use change. Data are supplied in NetCDF format. The dataset supports the analyses presented in Stacey et al. (2025; DOI: 10.5194/egusphere-2025-51). Code used to process, analyse, and visualise the data is available from the associated GitHub repository.
