Prostate Cancer Data

Supplementary Data 1 This data contains the Training-and-Validation Cohort from Section 2.1 of the main Article File. This cohort of patients comprises 298 individuals, out of which 131 have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (positive cases), and the remaining 167 have not (negative cases). In the header of the Excel worksheet, you can find the names of the features that correspond to each column.
Supplementary Data 2 This data contains the External Validation Cohort from Section 2.1 of the main Article File. An external patient cohort of 300 individuals is employed to confirm the generalizability of the model. This cohort includes 127 positive cases and 173 negative cases, providing an independent dataset to evaluate the robustness and performance of the developed models in diverse and real-world scenarios.
