Stracy et al. Transient non-specific DNA binding dominates the target search of bacterial DNA-binding proteins

For each protein and condition studied data is provided as a Matlab structure containing each segmented cell outline (segmented using microbeTracker software) and the PALM localization data and tracks within each cell. Localization data headings: Frame number, x position, y position, brightness, background, intensity, x fit sigma, y fit sigma, angle, eccentricity. Tracks data headings: x position, y position, frame number, molecule number.
