Primary effusion lymphoma (PEL) is a B-cell tumour associated with infection by the human tumour virus Kaposiâs sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV). We are sequencing a panel of PEL cell lines and related B-cell lymphomas to investigate the host and virus genetics of this tumour.
