GMXE Box model code and data for publication NCOMMS-25-58044A

This repository contains the box model results and model code used for data creation of the microphysical box model results in the (submitted) publication NCOMMS-25-58044A.The box model is based on the GMXE model described in detail in Pringle et al., 2010, GMD with updates and improvements over the last years.It has been used in a highly resolved modal discretisation for analysing the effects of coagulation anmd condensation of aerosol particles in the upper troposphere and comparison with aircraft data.The model code is taken from the Modular Earth Submodel System (MESSy) and has been developed by the author of this dataset.
