Intention of ordering abroad or domestically worldwide 2023

In a September 2023 survey, most global online shoppers expressed the intention of buying more items domestically in the future. On a scale of one to seven, respondents answered how much more or less they were willing to buy online in the future, depending on the merchant's location. Roughly 32 percent of respondents said they would likely buy less from the U.S. and the U.K., whereas this percentage stood at 33 percent in the case of China.
