Dataset of homes for sale in the Community of Madrid extracted from pisos.com

The dataset contains information on property listings published on pisos.com for various municipalities in the Community of Madrid. The data was obtained through an automated and responsible web scraping process, based on 40 geographic searches, browsing up to 15 pages per search, and visiting the individual listings for each property. The resulting dataset contains more than 4,000 unique records deduplicated using a composite key. Each record represents a property and contains 14 variables such as the listing title, price, location, and property type.
