Description This repository provides an open, documented, and reproducible framework for the analysis of artificial intelligence systems with respect to regulatory compliance, technology readiness, and technological sovereignty. The framework is aligned with key institutional references, including the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act, the NATO AI Strategy and Principles of Responsible Use, and the NIST Risk Management Framework. It supports: structured documentation of AI systems, multi-framework compliance matrices, Technology Readiness Level (TRL) assessments up to TRL 9, verification and validation summaries, analysis of jurisdictional dependencies and technological sovereignty risks. This work is intended for researchers, system architects, auditors, and public institutions seeking methodological support for governance, auditability, and responsible deployment of AI systems. This repository does not claim regulatory certification or official endorsement. It provides analytical and methodological tools to support informed decision-making in institutional an d research contexts.
