The goal of the study is to understand the current status of antibiotic resistance in community-based microbiome. In this study, microbiomes in a building with less than 200 occupants were collected for analysis of taxonomic composition and antibiotic resistance among culturable bacteria. Submitted genome sequences are obtained by whole genome sequencing of bacterial strains isolated from the study.
