Agrobacterium pAtAg67::pTiBo542 cointegrate sequencing and assembly

Agrobacterium strain LBA645, carrying opine catalytic plasmid pAtAG67 was crossed with Agrobacterium strain LBA986, carrying pTiBo542.Some of the transconjugants carried a pAtAg67::pTiBo542 cointegrate. Such transconjugants were sequenced byOxford Nanopore sequencing to get insight into these cointegrates.
