The object of the paper is to investigate CR- submanifolds of a nearly trans-hyperbolic sasakian manifold witha Semi Symmetric Metric Connection. Moreover, we discuss the parallel distribution relating to \xi-vertical CR-submanifolds of a nearly trans-hyperbolic sasakian manifold with a Semi Symmetric Metric Connection. An illustrative example is given to support the obtained result.
