Bacterial and archaeal communities in water columns of two boreal O2-stratified lakes

Here we study the structure of bacterial and archaeal communities in water columns of two boreal O2 stratified lakes. Microbial communities were studied by NGS (Ion Torrent) of bacterial 16S rRNA genes and 16S rRNA as well as archaeal mcrA genes and mcrA-transcripts and bacterial pmoA genes and pmoA transcripts.
