This dataset describes the knowledge, attitude, and practice toward climate change and its health effects among undergraduate, intern, and postgraduate medical students in a medical school in Lalitpur, Nepal. Respondents' opinions about other items related to climate change and climate change education are also described. The questions have been numbered in the Excel sheet using the numbering in the PDF file. The grouping of items for analysis is also described in the PDF file.
