We performed RNA-seq ananlysis to idendity lncRNAs regulated by glutamine deprivation in A549 cells. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed on A549 cells cultured in complete medium(ctrl) or glutamine-depleted medium(QD) for 24 hours, and then we compared gene expression profiling analysis of ctrl and QD RNA-seq data.
