资源简介:
This archive is a compilation of SWMM input files and STELLA models, augmented by R scripts to perform various processing for sensitivity analysis, data import / export, plot generation and computation of various summary outputs. Part I is the sensitivity analysis of a SWMM model representative of the case study in Urso et al (2013). An extended Fourier Amplitude Sensitivity Testing (eFAST) work flow for this SWMM model is implemented in R script. Part II is the STELLA model of a Cs-134 radiotracer study at the Oak Ridge WWTP as described by Stetar et al (1993). A R script generates the comparative plots between the observed and predicted concentration time profiles, as well as the Nash-Sutcliffe Effciency values. Finally, Part III applies the SWMM-STELLA work flow (as a sequence of R scripts) to a case study of a WWTP in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. This compilation may be of interest to modellers setting up a R script for eFAST sensitivity analysis for the SWMM program and interfacing with STELLA program input/output for additional processing. This research centers around the pathway of deposited radiocesium washoff from urban catchment into wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), which culminates in radiocesium contaminated sludge. The simulation workflow employs the US EPA SWMM program for upstream washoff, followed by a downstream compartment model in STELLA (R).
