We report the RNA sequencing of ex vivo sorted B cells isolated from melanoma patients within the tumoral tissue or the blood. Sorted B cells from healthy donor blood were included as control. Transcriptome analysis of B cells in patients' blood and tumor, compared to healthy donors' blood.
