A dataset of the contents of naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin and synephrine in 40 Citri Fructus

Forty batches of fresh samples from different origins were identified by Researcher Ding Dekuan, the former director of the Shaanxi South Citrus Comprehensive Experiment Station of the National Citrus Industry System, as mature fruits of Xiangyuan and citron. After the mature fruits are harvested, the surface is washed. Once the surface moisture has evaporated, the outer peel of the fruit is separated from the white layer, and the fruit is dried at 65 ℃ to obtain the dried sample. The contents of naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin and synephrine in the white cortex and exocarp were detected by high performance liquid chromatography.
